MRP's Armadillo Good for Riding or Walking
I don’t usually promote parts, garments and accessories (PG&A) on my blog – never promote something you haven’t used – but I’ll make an exception for anyone who brings as many readers to Blog.GuidoEbert.com as this company has.
Martin Racing Performance (MRP) recently began carrying the Armadillo line of apparel. You may have already seen the product posted in Wired and Maxim, but here’s a brief run-down:
In the U.S. market since 2008, the brand includes a collection of scooter jackets, classic trench coats, hooded jackets and riding gloves featuring d3o body armour. What is D30? Under slow rates of movement, the d3o CE certified pads provide maximum comfort through softness and flexibility, but when impacted at high speeds d3o is said to offer shock absorption as “intelligent molecules” lock together and spread the force over the entire pad. For more info visit www.d3o.com.
Features to the powersports product include removable impact protection elbow and shoulder, under stitching with Cordura, MP3 player and headphone loop pockets and reflective patching.
Armadillo’s spring & summer samples for 2010 will be on display at the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis. Find MRP at booth #1113.
